Delete your Tizemen ERP account

How to ask

1. Send an email to support@tizemen.com.
2. Use the subject “Account and data deletion request”. The link above fills that subject in.
3. In the message, include the company name, the phone or username on the account, an email we can reply to, and that you want the account and the company data on our server deleted.

You can also call +251 912786058 and then confirm the same details by email.

What we delete

Within 30 days we delete the Tizemen ERP account and the company data held on core.tizemen.com: customers, sales, stock, finance, staff, photos that were stored on our server, and payment records your company provided.

What we keep

We keep records as required by Ethiopian tax and commercial law.

Data that is only on a phone

An email to us does not erase a copy that exists only on a device. Uninstall Tizemen ERP to remove that copy. There is no in-app wipe yet.

We reply to support@tizemen.com and finish the deletion within 30 days.
